it is still the decision of the news media as to whether or not, or where, the story will appear. We encourage clients to keep in mind the difference
between Advertising and Public Relations.
Advertising: Messaging is paid for by the client and therefore controlled by the client.
Public Relations: Message is presented to, and executed through, the news media.
