A communications professional, Carla has had the distinct privilege of working with professionals
throughout a wide range of industries. As Vice-President of Marketing for a leading furniture
manufacturer, Carla became fascinated with Public Relations and decided to move to an agency
environment specializing in the field. Within six months she was promoted to Vice-President of Public
Relations. Described as having “a solid understanding of branding”, Carla is extremely creative, exhibits
strong leadership and media relation skills, and is highly skilled in media training.
A 2007 Leadership High Point graduate, Carla was regularly commended for her proficiency in writing
and verbal communications, and formal speech presentation by instructors during her college career.
Carla was elected, and served, to both the Unfinished Furniture Association and The City Project Board.
Today, Carla is most proud of her three children Austin, Carly, and Isabel, her grandchildren Liam and
Ava, and the business she founded and runs, Creative Communication Services. She is a devout follower
of Jesus, loves cooking, traveling, getting good and dirty while whitewater rafting, eating fabulous food,
writing, WINE, or simply hanging out with her family, and two dogs.

As an Account Executive & Marketing Coordinator, Carly helps clients realize, and exceed, their goals.
Prior to joining Creative Communication Services, Carly worked as a business researcher, conducting market research across a variety of industries. She holds a bachelor's degree in international studies and communication studies from UNCW.
Carly is highly organized, self-motivated, demonstrates superb problem solving/resolution skills, and is an excellent communicator. Her professionalism, relationship building, and people skills make her a tremendous asset.
She enjoys reading, shopping, cooking, and spending great time with family and friends. She is most passionate about TRAVELING and helping others, whether it be on a global or community level.

An all-out believer of thoughtful and effective design, Kiah studied communication design at the University of Connecticut, including a semester spent at Central Saint Martins in London.
Whether it be a website, logo, catalogs and/or POPs, Kiah "gets" brand persona and puts visuals to that persona flawlessly and seamlessly.
She is a joy to work with, never misses a deadline, is amazingly detail oriented, and strategically creative.
Her passions include fostering dogs and eating fabulous food.

A retired veteran, Jeff served for 16 plus years in the U.S. Army. During his military career Jeff traveled the world from Germany, to Asia, to the Middle East, to name a few
He is super creative, project oriented, and energetic.
Jeff excels in event management, showroom design and upfitting.
His appetite for physical fitness, learning, and great food is insatiable. He is passionate about life, his grandchildren, cooking, sports, 80’s big hair music, and any and all DIY projects around the home.

(social media strategist, analytics, event coordinator)
A recent graduate of UNCW, Isabel graduated top of her class earning a B.A. in Criminal Justice, and a minor in Sociology. While working tirelessly to ensure clients are front-and-center on social media, strategizing best practices, making sure events go off without a hitch, and creating off-the-charts analytic reports, she maintains a 3.5 GPA.
Isabel is extremely disciplined, organized, and hardworking.
Her interests include nutrition, physical fitness, cooking, music, and any and all ADVENTURES.
